		<description>Hello...one area that is also commonly overlooked is attitude.  Recruiters can tell about your attitude by non verbal clues.  Smile, have a bounce in your step, etc...show some energy!  We see too many applicants lose the job by the way they shuffle back to be interviewed.</description>
