		<description>One more thing, I highly recommend...if you want to get calls, leave the salary info off.  You'll be ruled in or out based purely on that alone.  It's better to have a shot than none at all, and build your value for the salary you are seeking.  HR usually doesn't know quite how far a hiring manager might stretch to secure the right person.</description>
