		<description>My problem with job interviews is that sometimes hiring managers and business owners sometimes act too busy and strained like it is a lot of trouble to give interviews. Also when you  try to expain why you have had muptiple postions and explain that the last hired is usually the first let go they give you a look like they expect you to be a problem employee if hired.</description>
