Ken Diamond is Digital Career Services ‘ (DCS) founder and President, overseeing all of the firm’s strategic initiatives and operations including WinTheView.com . Also founder and President of Digital Action, Inc. , (1995) an executive search firm specializing in Emerging Technologies and Health Care, Ken has spearheaded the firm’s recruitment success achieving double-digit growth and recognition by the Wharton SBDC as one of the Top 100 fastest growing companies in the Philadelphia region. Diamond’s career includes sales management, training, business development, consulting and speaking engagements within the high tech sector, specifically in digital technologies.
