Gerrit Hall is the Co-Founderor RezRedo, a private resume database and search engine, offering a searchable index of anonymized job descriptions scraped from real resumes. Hespent his career growing small companies and startups into successful enterprises. He provides RezRedo with expertise in web technology, statistical analysis, and small business know-how.

Gerrit also currently serves as the co-founder of Groupable, an online marketplace connecting groups with corporate sponsors.  Prior to RezRedo he worked in the telecommunications industry for the Spoken Hub and Sonic Boom Entertainment.

RezRedo offers free searches of “other people’s resumes” to aid job seekers in their career search. Thanks to RezRedo, a job seeker can actually tailor his or her resume to that of the last person to hold the job. It also helps clear up the responsibilities of ambiguous position titles like “analyst” or “project manager.”

RezRedo has compiled its ever-growing database of 50,000 by soliciting voluntary uploads from its community, mining public databases, and helping recruiters to monetize their useless database of resumes. The resumes are scraped and anonymized using RezRedo’s proprietary scraping technology.

To fund its operations, RezRedo white labels its technologies as an embeddable widget for resume writing sites. It also works with recruiting companies to help them recycle their old resumes through the RezRedo database to gain actionable leads.
